Manager, Advisory & Services Partnerships
Build and scale Ramp's System Integrator and Advisory partner channel from the ground up. Own partner acquisition, implementation routing, co-branded GTM campaigns, playbooks, contracts, and scalable program infrastructure for faster customer delivery and new segments.
About the job
What You'll Do
- Acquire new System Integrators (SIs), Advisory firms, and boutique consulting shops as partners to grow the referral motion of partners bringing new customers to Ramp.
- Define how implementation work gets routed to System Integrator partners, building the qualification criteria and intake logic that makes it easy for sales team to bring the right partner into the right deal.
- Develop campaigns, co-branded playbooks, and collateral to drive the GTM engine with partners.
- Translate program learnings into the playbooks, contracts, tooling, and quality assurance infrastructure needed to grow the partner network at scale.
- Develop a holistic strategy to acquire the right partners, grow the current partner referral pipeline, and automate processes to create a scalable program.
What You Need
- 6–10 years in partnerships, channel operations, or professional services with a track record of building, not just managing.
- Direct experience scaling a partner delivery or channel program, with fluency in both the commercial, operational, and technical sides.
- Comfortable designing a process from scratch and pressure-testing one that already exists.
- Growth mindset with the ability to accelerate partner referral pipeline especially with middle-market and lower market System Integrators (SIs).
- Analytical: you build forecasts from imperfect data, pressure-test assumptions, and know how to turn a model into a decision.
- A natural cross-functional communicator who can align Sales, CS, Finance, and external partners in the same week.
- High agency and a bias toward structure: energized by ambiguity because you know how to resolve it.
