About the role
Responsibilities
Own customer support by talking with customers daily, hearing issues, and solving problems
Manage new farm onboarding, deployment, and implementation to ensure seamless technology integration
Execute and build on customer training procedures so customers can learn the technology easily
Develop strong relationships with the internal sales team, service partners, and field operations teams
Host regular customer check-ins to ensure continued success and proactively identify issues for engineering feedback
Requirements
Fluent/native-speaking experience in both English and Spanish with agriculture-specific terminology in both languages
Prior experience working in agriculture and agtech with deep understanding of how farmers operate
Outstanding customer-centric communication skills
Resilient, innovative problem-solver who delivers results under ambiguous or changing conditions
Exceptional organizational abilities managing numerous priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively communicate technology topics from engineering to customers
Comfortable with frequent travel (up to a third of time at events and customer farms across Mexico, Latin America, California, and Washington)
Experience working with ERP systems and CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Ability to coordinate effectively across stakeholders in large, enterprise organizations
