Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for business-critical workflows, including LLM orchestration and tooling.
• Implement agentic behaviors using LangChain or LangGraph, including ReAct reasoning and action loops.
• Design and develop a high-performance React application for the agent user interface.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and services and build tools for agents.
• Use Python or Node.js middleware to orchestrate agent calls and data flow.
• Implement observability, logging, and tracing for agent runs and system performance.
• Build reusable, scalable UI components.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Participate in architectural discussions and solution design.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable, and documented code.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in Python and React.js.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying at least one production AI agent or LLM application.
• Deep knowledge of LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and tools or plugins for extending agent capabilities.
• Experience with LangChain or LangGraph and ReAct reasoning patterns.
• Experience with observability, logging, and tracing for AI agents.
• Experience building large-scale, enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong API integration experience with REST or GraphQL.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
• Ability to work across frontend and backend integration layers.
• Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Node.js or Python middleware development.
• Salesforce APIs, including REST, Apex, and RLM/CPQ.
• Event-driven architectures, webhooks, change data capture, and asynchronous processing.
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Databricks and Mosaic AI.
