Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, reusable software assets and tools.
- Collaborate with technical architects, delivery consultants, and product managers to identify innovation opportunities and define requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across varied technology stacks.
- Create proofs of concept and prototypes to explore new ideas and technologies.
- Engage with field teams and partners to gather feedback and ensure solutions are effective and easy to use.
- Contribute to engineering best practices and mentor team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in one or more of Java, Python, Node.js, or C#/.NET.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Identity and Access Management concepts.
