Senior Procurement Manager
Own and build LogicGate’s procurement function, leading strategic vendor negotiations, cloud and SaaS spend management, procurement operations, and executive reporting. Responsibilities
- Lead vendor contract renewals and negotiations from initial terms through signature.
- Benchmark pricing against market data and establish negotiation playbooks and cost benchmarks.
- Serve as the primary negotiator for key vendor and contract decisions, partnering with the CFO and senior business leaders.
- Prepare vendor-spend and cost-savings reporting for executives.
- Negotiate and manage cloud infrastructure and AI costs, right-sizing commitments as usage changes.
- Track software spend and license utilization; reclaim unused or duplicate seats and flag unauthorized tools.
- Maintain the vendor and contract calendar, coordinating with Legal and InfoSec on reviews.
- Manage the procurement intake process and keep purchasing workflows clear for department heads.
- Set up and/or approve new vendors in company systems.
- Process purchase orders and reconcile invoices against contract terms, identifying billing and pricing discrepancies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of procurement, vendor management, or sourcing experience.
- Several years in a structured, enterprise-level procurement organization.
- Experience leading procurement at an early-stage, fast-growing technology company.
- Ownership of high-dollar and complex vendor relationships.
- Direct experience negotiating multi-year vendor, SaaS, and cloud commitment contracts with measurable cost savings.
- Hands-on accounts-payable procurement experience, including vendor setup, tax and banking documentation, and invoice matching.
- Experience preparing vendor-spend or cost-savings reports for a CFO or senior stakeholder.
- Ability to work directly with the CFO and senior leaders while independently managing execution through the purchase-order level.
- Working knowledge of procurement and spend-management tools such as Zip, Tropic, Ramp, Vendr, or Airbase.
Nice to Have
- Experience building a procurement function from scratch at a growth-stage or private-equity-backed technology company.
- Familiarity with SaaS spend management, license reclamation, cost audits, and unauthorized software detection.
- Experience partnering with Legal, Security, or IT on vendor contract and risk reviews.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year.
