Global Workplace Services Manager, Events & Experiences

Leads global workplace events and experiences, developing strategy, operational standards, vendor relationships, budgets, and measurement programs. The role requires 8+ years of global experiential events or workplace experience leadership and strong expertise in complex event production and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a multi-region workplace experience strategy that drives office attendance, company culture, and employee community.
  • Create an operational roadmap and timeline for global events and experiences.
  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of workplace events, including happy hours, activations, business meetings, trainings, executive and board dinners, product launches, holiday gatherings, and community programs.
  • Direct on-site event operations, staffing logistics, escalation management, troubleshooting, attendee safety, and experience quality.
  • Collaborate with Internal Communications, People/HR, Executive Assistants, Corporate Marketing, IT/AV, Security, food and beverage teams, and local workplace leaders.
  • Develop global playbooks, service-level agreements, and operational guidelines for consistent regional execution.
  • Manage global contracts and relationships with event production vendors, catering teams, and local suppliers.
  • Build and manage a multi-million-dollar global experience budget.
  • Establish metrics such as NPS, participation rates, and cost per attendee to measure impact and guide programming.
  • Use event-management platforms, collaboration tools, mobile event applications, and AI to manage timelines, workflows, and event operations.
  • Mentor workplace specialists and outsourced team members.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years leading workplace experience, experiential events, or hospitality programs in a fast-growing global technology company.
  • Experience planning and delivering large-scale, high-budget corporate and multi-city experiential events globally.
  • Strong understanding of in-office event execution and operational constraints.
  • Ability to independently manage complex logistics and concurrent execution timelines.
  • Deep experience in event production, technical/AV integration, spatial planning, and VIP service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including event and operations communications planning.
  • Proven organizational and project management skills across multiple workstreams.
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to high-quality resolutions.
  • Experience working with outsourced teams, vendors, and full-time employees.
  • Experience with procurement, contract management and review, and vendor management.
  • Experience with Google Suite.

  • Experience with Freshservice, Asana, and Epoch programs.

Compensation

  • $144,500–$198,650 USD annual salary range.
  • Total compensation may also include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
