Responsibilities
- Own critical and strategic employment products, including global expansion efforts.
- Build scalable products end-to-end and define and deliver small- and large-scale projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders, including teams in India.
- Set roadmaps, define milestones, and drive execution and outcomes.
- Lead engineering teams and mentor developers.
- Guide and review technical work while shaping product architecture.
- Communicate clearly with distributed teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong product-building mindset and experience in high-ownership environments.
- Hands-on experience building scalable products end-to-end.
- Proven stakeholder collaboration and coordination skills.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience.
- Prior experience of 7–8 years as an individual contributor.
- Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.
- Sound technical foundation and ability to guide and review effectively.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- 8–15 years of total experience across individual contributor and managerial roles.
Work Arrangement
- Office-based employees are expected to work in the office at least three days per week under the current policy.
