Responsibilities
- Own individual revenue targets and contribute to pod revenue goals.
- Retain and grow top-tier retail partnerships through strategic, long-term account plans.
- Lead executive-level client relationships as the primary point of contact.
- Monitor client health, address risks, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables, analytics requests, onboarding, campaign setup, and partner materials.
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to identify optimization, upsell, and budget-expansion opportunities.
- Use data, dashboards, AI tools, and automation to improve reporting, accuracy, efficiency, and client engagement.
- Translate campaign performance and trends into actionable client recommendations.
- Independently deliver client presentations and quarterly business reviews.
- Oversee revenue actualization and billing processes.
- Mentor team members, support AI skill development, participate in hiring, and help shape team culture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, sales support, or a related field.
- Direct experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data.
- Experience driving revenue through renewals, upsells, and client-growth conversations.
- Strong organizational, execution, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Expertise analyzing campaign data and presenting insights to drive business outcomes.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini AI and automation platforms such as Zapier.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $110,700–$124,225.
- On-target earnings: $166,050–$186,337.
