Responsibilities
- Drive the success of strategic customer accounts, directly partnering with and executing alongside law firm leadership.
- Develop novel AI products, providing customers with entirely new workflows.
- Regularly connect with and visit customers to understand needs, prioritize requests, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Prototype and integrate AI pipelines (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation) to prove out new workflows.
- Lead by example through mentoring future hires, pairing, and code reviews. Shape engineering culture.
Requirements
- 2-8 years of experience at hyper-growth startups
- CS degree from a top university
- Strong product sense
- High degree of ownership and ability to operate autonomously
- Excited to work in-person, collaborate directly with customers, and build products professionals rely on daily
