Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to conduct technical discovery and tailor Greptile to customer technology stacks, including GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Perforce, and on-premises environments.
- Design and lead proof-of-concepts and pilots demonstrating Greptile’s value in complex environments.
- Handle security and compliance diligence by answering questionnaires, documenting architectures, and unblocking procurement.
- Build reference implementations and lightweight integrations to accelerate adoption.
- Represent the technical voice of the customer internally and surface requirements to product and engineering.
- Create reusable assets such as demo environments, PoC templates, and technical FAQs to improve win rates.
Requirements
- 1+ years of software or DevOps engineering experience.
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise identity systems, including SSO/SCIM, SAML, and OIDC.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and produce working examples or scripts.
