Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to run technical discovery and tailor Greptile to customer technology stacks, including GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Perforce, and on-premises environments.
- Design and lead proof-of-concepts and pilots for complex environments.
- Handle security and compliance diligence by answering questionnaires, documenting architectures, and unblocking procurement.
- Build reference implementations and lightweight integrations to accelerate adoption.
- Represent the technical voice of the customer internally and surface requirements to product and engineering.
- Create reusable demo environments, PoC templates, and technical FAQs to improve team win rates.
Requirements
- 1+ years of software or DevOps engineering experience.
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with enterprise identity systems, including SSO/SCIM, SAML, and OIDC.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and produce working examples or scripts.
