Responsibilities
- Consult with customers to understand requirements and design implementation strategies for identity verification solutions.
- Guide customers through API integrations and product deployments.
- Create technical documentation, implementation plans, implementation guides, and solution architectures.
- Deliver technical product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams.
- Train customers on products and APIs.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging identity verification technologies.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance after implementation to support customer success.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a technical, product management, or customer-facing role.
- Fundamental knowledge of API concepts and web technologies.
- Strong requirements documentation and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Adaptability and cross-functional collaboration.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in solutions engineering, implementation, or technical customer success.
- Basic Python or JavaScript coding skills.
- Familiarity with identity verification, KYC/KYB processes, or financial compliance.
- Experience with fintech or financial institutions.
- Experience leading technical discovery calls, product demonstrations, or implementation workshops.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $135,000–$220,000 plus equity.
