Responsibilities
- Negotiate with clients on product requirements and development scope.
- Collaborate with the product development team on product logic and features.
- Design product prototypes based on requirements and present them to clients.
- Document business and technology requirements and solutions in standard artifacts.
- Configure the platform according to client requirements.
- Generate supporting documentation for product changes.
- Provide quality assurance support in testing environments and troubleshoot system bugs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, project management, or a technology-related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in business analytics or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative thinking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with high motivation.
- Receptive to coaching and adaptive to change.
- Exceptional time management and follow-up skills.
- Team-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
