Forward Deployed Engineer
Build and deploy voice AI solutions and enterprise integrations while working directly with customers and sales. The role is designed for recent graduates with technical internships, coding ability in Python or JavaScript, and an interest in AI and startups.

Responsibilities
- Build and launch voice AI solutions for enterprise customers.
- Write production code in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Build integrations with CRMs, ERPs, scheduling tools, and other systems.
- Work directly with customers to understand needs and solve technical problems.
- Partner with sales on demos, prototypes, and technical discussions.
- Learn the platform and become an expert in building voice AI agents.
- Turn customer feedback into product and engineering improvements.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a strong technical background.
- One or more software engineering, technical, or similar internships.
- Ability to build independently, solve problems, and take ownership in ambiguous situations.
- Strong interest in startups and fast-moving environments.
- Enjoys working directly with customers and explaining technical concepts.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language.
- Excitement about AI and building real-world AI systems.
Compensation and Benefits
- Cash compensation: $150,000–$260,000.
- Equity provided, with three cash-equity balance options.
