Digital Experience Manager

Responsibilities

  • Own the web marketing strategy and roadmap for website and digital properties supporting pipeline, brand, and growth goals.
  • Manage the Webflow CMS, page structure, design system implementation, publishing workflows, and overall site health.
  • Lead technical SEO, including site architecture, crawlability, structured data/schema, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, and on-page optimization.
  • Improve visibility in AI Overviews, AI Mode, and LLM-based assistants through answer-engine and generative-engine optimization.
  • Maintain visual and UX quality in partnership with brand resources.
  • Partner with developers on custom Webflow builds, integrations, and technical implementation.
  • Track organic, direct, and referral traffic, on-site conversion, MQLs, and pipeline impact.
  • Manage domains, redirects, technical governance, and future platform or brand migrations.
  • Integrate marketing tools and platforms, troubleshoot website issues, maintain site security and backups, and monitor basic hosting infrastructure.
  • Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM reporting to identify and deliver insights.
  • Stay current on web and martech trends and recommend improvements to the technology stack.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, web strategy, or a closely related role; B2B SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on Webflow expertise, including Designer, CMS, interactions, hosting, and publishing.
  • Strong technical SEO fluency, including site architecture, schema, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Working knowledge of how AI search tools and LLM-based assistants source and cite content, and how to optimize for them.
  • Strong design judgment and the ability to direct and evaluate creative work.
  • Basic front-end development capabilities in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ability to translate marketing needs into technical requirements and manage external development resources.
  • Experience integrating CRM, email and marketing automation, forms, chat, and personalization tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot website bugs, performance issues, and cross-browser or device compatibility problems.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Search Console; Salesforce or similar CRM reporting is beneficial.

Nice to Have

  • SEO and competitive research tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush.
  • Coordination with PR or earned-media teams across Reddit, review sites, trade press, and other third-party channels.
  • Front-end framework experience with React or Vue.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or comparable alternatives.
  • Basic design skills with Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Email template coding and testing experience, including HTML email and Litmus.
  • Familiarity with paid-media landing page requirements, UTM tracking, and pixel implementation.
