Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise
Own enterprise sales for the Dallas/Fort Worth territory, developing demand, managing complex sales cycles, and exceeding quota. The role requires at least four years of enterprise security sales experience, strong CISO/CIO relationships, channel-selling expertise, and a proven record of winning new logos.

Responsibilities
- Develop a business plan to exceed sales goals.
- Manage the sales ecosystem from lead generation through closing.
- Help customers understand Cribl’s value during the sales process.
- Articulate the value proposition to stakeholders from engineers through C-suite executives.
- Forecast predictably and achieve sales targets.
- Create demand within the territory and sell unbudgeted solutions.
- Build customer-centric solutions and enduring customer relationships.
- Work across time zones and occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours.
Requirements
- 4+ years of quota-carrying enterprise security sales experience with Security (SIEM and observability) and IT personas, including CISOs and CIOs.
- Experience with at least one earlier-stage startup with fewer than 1,000 employees, or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
- Proven record of landing 5+ new logos annually and running complex sales processes.
- Experience with a channel-led sales motion.
- Background using MEDDIC.
- Candidates must live locally to the Dallas/Fort Worth territory in Texas.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $150,000–$160,000 USD.
- Sales employees are eligible for incentive compensation through commission.
