Crypto Operations Associate
Manages daily cryptocurrency trading, customer activity surveillance, onboarding, cash management, reconciliations, and AML investigations. Requires 3+ years of relevant financial or crypto operations experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and surveil daily customer activity.
- Perform daily operational tasks involving trading, new accounts, and cash management.
- Execute cryptocurrency trades and handle exceptions, including errors and corrections.
- Assist with customer onboarding, including KYC and account approval.
- Review general ledger accounts and identify and reconcile discrepancies.
- Support the Anti-Money Laundering Program and investigations into suspected suspicious activity.
- Drive impactful changes across workflows, policies, and tools.
- Communicate clearly with internal and external partners.
- Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
- Work remotely with core hours around 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT; work eight hours per day and observe U.S. market holidays.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in broker-dealer, financial services, trading, or cryptocurrency operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency or a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and regulatory environment.
- Willingness to take ownership of new responsibilities.
