Senior Product Designer
Designs scalable, accessible product experiences across Weave’s Digital Forms and connected workflow products. The role requires 5+ years of product or UX design experience, strong interaction and visual design skills, proficiency with Figma, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end product experiences across Digital Forms, Team Chat, Task Center, and related workflows.
- Translate complex customer and operational problems into intuitive, seamless, accessible, and efficient experiences.
- Partner with Product Managers to shape product vision, strategy, and roadmap for workflow and collaboration experiences.
- Define scalable interaction patterns and UI solutions for multi-step workflows.
- Use and contribute to the design system to create consistent, high-quality experiences.
- Conduct customer research with healthcare practice owners, office managers, and front-office teams.
- Use product analytics, customer feedback, Pendo, and Sigma to evaluate user behavior and design effectiveness.
- Collaborate with designers across the platform to create shared patterns and cohesive customer journeys.
- Partner with Engineering throughout implementation to maintain design quality, accessibility, and consistency.
- Contribute to design critique, knowledge sharing, mentorship, and an inclusive design culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
- Strong UX and visual design fundamentals, with experience simplifying complex workflows.
- Proficiency with Figma, prototyping, interaction design, and user-centered design methods.
- Familiarity with product analytics and research tools such as Pendo, Sigma, Maze, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Research, and other teams.
- Ability to translate customer needs, product requirements, and business goals into scalable design solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and design craft, with a focus on accessible, consistent, high-quality experiences.
- Ability to work through ambiguity, understand customer workflows, and improve designs using feedback and evidence.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience designing for healthcare practices or complex operational workflows.
- Experience with multi-tenant products, legacy systems, integrations, and technical constraints.
- Experience mentoring designers and providing thoughtful feedback.
- Experience working across teams and time zones.
