Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for Enterprise workstreams, including AI initiatives, from discovery and user flows through high-fidelity UI and developer-ready documentation.
- Translate complex business requirements and dense data into clear, intuitive B2B interfaces.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system across web and mobile, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
- Present design concepts through clear narratives that influence partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Use research and product analytics to validate design decisions with UXR and Content partners.
- Facilitate design rituals and cross-time-zone collaboration within a global team.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of product design experience in B2B, SaaS, or complex technical systems.
- Portfolio demonstrating UX architecture and UI design, including logic, edge cases, user flows, layout, hierarchy, and interaction.
- Proven experience shipping impactful B2B or B2B2C products.
- Proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout and components.
- Technical fluency across web and mobile constraints, with strong developer collaboration skills.
- Strong communication, product strategy, and asynchronous collaboration skills.
- Experience working in iterative, fast-feedback environments.

- Travel industry experience or a strong interest in travel.
- Experience designing AI solutions.
- Motion design experience.
