People Partner - Product and Product Design
Partners with Product Management and Product Design leaders on performance, organizational change, talent programs, employee relations, and workforce insights. The role requires 10+ years of People Partner or HRBP experience in high-growth technology organizations, strong execution, judgment, and data fluency.

Responsibilities
- Build trusted partnerships with Product Management and Product Design leaders.
- Navigate performance management, promotions, leveling, and employee relations matters.
- Synthesize engagement survey, performance-cycle, attrition, and headcount data into actionable insights.
- Support and operationalize performance cycles, calibration discussions, promotion processes, and manager enablement.
- Reinforce performance standards, accountability, expectations, feedback, and growth.
- Liaise between Product & Design and the broader People team, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and People Operations.
- Own end-to-end execution of organizational changes, including transition planning, communications, Workday updates, leader enablement, and follow-through.
Requirements
- 10+ years of HRBP or People Partner experience.
- Meaningful experience supporting Product Management, Product Design, or similar cross-functional product organizations in a high-growth technology company.
- Track record executing complex People initiatives end-to-end, including organizational changes, performance cycles, and talent calibrations.
- Strong ownership, judgment, follow-through, and ability to operate in ambiguity.
- Experience building lightweight, scalable People processes.
- Ability to use AI tools thoughtfully while keeping humans in the loop.
- Comfort analyzing survey, performance, attrition, headcount, and compensation data.
Compensation & Benefits
- Cash compensation: $154,405–$189,989 per year in Denver; $181,275–$223,573 per year in New York/San Francisco.
- Full-time employees receive competitive base pay, benefits, and equity in the form of RSUs.
- Hybrid employees in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City offices are expected to work onsite approximately 2–3 days per week or more depending on the role.
- A secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required when working from an approved non-office location.
