Responsibilities
- Self-generate pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting into ideal customer profile target accounts.
- Articulate and sell the value of platform subscriptions.
- Prepare for and lead discovery sessions with new prospects, surfacing core use cases and the value of usage-based pricing.
- Customize and deliver demos with the Solutions Engineering team.
- Run proofs of concept for prospects.
- Own, build, and grow existing customer relationships by driving product adoption and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Meet revenue targets and accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Educate, evangelize, and guide customers through successful adoption.
- Deliver customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, Pocus, and Claude.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of closing experience.
- Demonstrated success generating pipeline through outbound prospecting.
- Proven quota attainment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, autonomy, and time management.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving organization.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, intellectually curious, and ambitious.
Nice-to-haves
- Exposure to technical buyer personas, including engineering, platform, or IT decision-makers.
- Knowledge or experience in the developer tools space.
- Experience selling to mid-market companies.
Compensation
- Zone 1: $136,500–$187,660.
- Zone 2: $122,800–$168,850.
- Zone 3: $116,000–$159,500.
- Additional compensation and benefits may include restricted stock units, health, vision, dental, and mental health benefits.
