Responsibilities
- Lead always-on brandformance media creative strategy, including end-to-end creative briefing, execution, and iterative testing with Creative and Growth teams.
- Own brand measurement and reporting, including monthly creative performance readouts and performance-to-creative feedback loops.
- Build cross-functional frameworks and paid optimizations for influencer content, customer activations, content programs, and related initiatives.
- Develop product launch narrative strategies and creative briefs in partnership with Product, Product Marketing, and Creative teams.
- Lead customer, competitive, and category research and translate findings into positioning and creative-brief insights.
- Coordinate Creative, Growth, and Product Marketing stakeholders; manage internal creative teams and external vendors; keep projects on track; and ensure brand quality and adherence before launch.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated campaigns, or creative strategy, in-house or agency.
- Exceptional brief-writing ability, with the capacity to distill complex inputs into clear creative direction.
- Demonstrated success with campaigns or creative programs that improved brand and performance metrics.
- Fluency in media and campaign performance data across broadcast, CTV, paid social, and influencer channels.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, feedback loops, and competing timelines.
- Experience managing creative agencies or external vendors from briefing through final delivery.
- Strong attention to copy, specifications, and channel details, combined with strategic brand-narrative judgment.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, building processes from scratch, and improving systems.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS, multi-product portfolios, or category creation.
- Experience working directly with Product Marketing.
- Experience leading experiential events from a brand perspective.
Compensation
- Annual salary of $151,000–$189,000, plus benefits and equity.
