Senior Creative Manager, Video
Leads video editing and motion design across social, web, product marketing, events, and sales enablement. The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong short-form storytelling skills, and proficiency with Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Responsibilities
- Edit short-form vertical video optimized for LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts, using strong hooks, pacing, captions, and retention-focused storytelling.
- Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form assets.
- Build and extend motion graphics systems, including titles, lower thirds, UI callouts, animated diagrams, and transitions.
- Capture and animate product UI to explain the platform.
- Produce brand videos, product explainers, customer stories, launch content, and monthly product release notes videos.
- Partner with product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement from concept through final delivery.
- Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines and connect storytelling to brand positioning and pipeline goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience, ideally in-house or at an agency.
- Portfolio demonstrating editing craft and short-form, social-native content.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; working comfort with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Strong foundation in pacing, visual storytelling, sound design, and post-production.
- Comfort with typography and layout in motion within an established brand system.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Camera, lighting, and audio literacy sufficient to set up and record a clean talking-head shot.
Nice-to-haves
- Comfort presenting on camera.
- Experience with AI and emerging creative tools.
- Experience in B2B, enterprise software, or a technical category.
- Experience animating software UI or visually explaining technical systems.
- Experience with digital asset management systems or collaborative cloud post-production workflows such as Frame.io.
- Experience collaborating with or coaching executives on video content.
Compensation and Benefits
- $150,000–$165,000 annual salary.
