Build and launch customer-facing AI features for sustainability information extraction and reporting. The role requires at least three years of software engineering experience, strong full-stack skills, and preferably Node.js web development experience.

Responsibilities
- Ship code to production from day one.
- Prototype, develop, and iterate on a new product area focused on AI tools for information extraction and report generation.
- Productionize and launch core technologies powering AI features over operational sustainability data.
- Track developments and state of the art in AI to identify relevant technologies.
- Write performant, well-crafted, tested, and maintainable code across the technical stack.
Requirements
- 3+ years of industry software engineering experience, preferably with Node.js web development.
- Experience building customer-facing products from user needs.
- Strong full-stack development skills.
- Excitement about joining a startup and helping evolve a growing engineering team.
- Willingness to work from the London office 4 days per week.
