Responsibilities
- Own the deployment outcome with GM-level responsibility for customers' revenue numbers
- Build agents across the breadth of a sales rep's workday: account strategy, prospecting, outbound emails, LinkedIn DMs, gifting, call prep, followups
- Fully automate nuanced work on the SDR's behalf with agents that learn over time, calibrate trust, and have clear evals
- Embed into customers: shared Slack channels with engineers, calls with users, and shipping agent improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience, ideally as a technical founder, founding engineer, or forward-deployed engineer
- Production experience with AI agents (e.g., shipped prompt or tool changes in response to user feedback)
- Strong opinions on platform vs customer-facing modifiers
- High agency and comfort owning outcomes without a playbook
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Based in San Francisco, willing to be in-office 3+ days per week
