Responsibilities
- Act as an extension and proactive advocate for strategic customers.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive product adoption and business value.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, conduct business and gap analyses, and design consultative strategies to address unmet needs and workflow inefficiencies.
- Analyze usage, adoption, performance, and customer data to identify risks, root causes, and opportunities.
- Deliver data-driven business reviews linking usage trends, ROI, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Identify customer use cases and share best practices for achieving success.
- Manage accounts throughout the subscription lifecycle, identify attrition and renewal risks, and collaborate on remediation.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align account activities with customer strategies and business cases.
- Capture and communicate customer feedback to improve products and services.
Requirements
- 8+ years of customer success, account management, or sales experience in a competitive SaaS environment.
- 5+ years working with strategic-level accounts.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market processes, including Revenue Operations, enablement, sales, and customer success functions.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, communication, issue-tracking, triage, and crisis-management skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives and actionable recommendations.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences and handle sensitive information tactfully.
- Experience cultivating customer satisfaction, loyalty, and product adoption.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work at least three days per week from a ZoomInfo office.
Nice to Have
- Experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, business consulting, or a similar analytical customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with Sandler, Winning By Design, or MEDDIC sales methodologies.

- US base salary: $128,000–$140,000, plus commission and benefits.
