Senior Associate Inbound Compliance Analyst
Performs end-to-end KYC reviews for complex entities and international regulatory regimes, manages client-facing requests, maintains compliance records, and mentors junior analysts. Requires 4+ years of hands-on AML/KYC experience and strong knowledge of global frameworks.

Responsibilities
- Own complex KYC engagements end to end, from intake through delivery, serving as a point of contact for counterparties and investors navigating multi-jurisdictional compliance.
- Review and validate KYC documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with AML, KYC, and applicable EU, UK, and US regulatory frameworks.
- Apply independent judgment to complex entity structures and regulatory requirements, resolving issues or escalating them appropriately.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of KYC requests and documentation in company systems.
- Monitor global KYC/AML regulatory changes and apply updated requirements to daily work.
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation standards.
- Mentor junior analysts and help develop their judgment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on AML/KYC experience.
- Strong working knowledge of global KYC and AML frameworks.
- Experience reviewing entity structures, managing KYC refreshes, and fulfilling due diligence requests across regulatory regimes.
- Experience with complex legal entities and offshore jurisdictions, particularly Cayman and Luxembourg.
- Exposure to corporate banking, legal services, fund compliance, or related financial-services environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing and internal collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously, exercise sound judgment, and escalate strategically.
- Commitment to professional development in AML/CFT compliance and legal services.
Preferred Qualifications
- AML/KYC certification such as ICA or ACAMS.
- Experience using AI tools or technology-driven workflows in compliance or legal contexts.
- Experience at a law firm, legal services provider, fund administrator, financial institution, or asset manager.
- Familiarity with KYC documentation packs, AML comfort letters, and UBO declarations.
- Knowledge of private-market structures, including fund formations, GP/LP relationships, and offshore holding structures.
- Exposure to US FinCEN AML/CFT regulatory frameworks.
