Responsibilities
- Own revenue acceleration and sustained growth across key SMB accounts.
- Lead deal management from pipeline development through negotiation and closing.
- Embed a strong commercial and sales focus in day-to-day execution, inspiring teams to create, advance, and win opportunities.
- Manage vendor operations for a scaled agency segment within the European SMB Account Management organization.
- Develop and standardize operational systems, pitches, upsells, and optimization processes for a large advertiser portfolio.
- Implement the segment vision, sales strategy, goals, plans, revenue forecasts, quota setting, and reporting.
- Analyze business, market, customer, and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Partner with vendor leaders and cross-functional teams to implement scaled growth strategies and monitor revenue targets, KPIs, and quarterly OKRs.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, AOS, Quality Assurance, Learning & Development, and other sales leaders to align resources and remove delivery barriers.
- Build relationships with SMB advertisers, nurture revenue growth, and drive platform success.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in digital media sales, online advertising, or sales leadership.
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience preferred.
- Experience working with SMBs across EMEA.
- Experience leading large teams against aggressive revenue goals.
- Expertise in consultative selling, revenue growth ownership, and advanced deal management.
- Strong commercial and sales focus with experience managing against KPIs and delivering targets.
- Ability to extract insights from data for strategic decision-making.
- Experience creating and driving sales motions or programs in a scaled sales organization.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and sales productivity software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance strategic work and tactical implementation in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to leverage AI-driven tools and workflows and recommend optimizations at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
