Responsibilities
- Drive new revenue across all segments and regions
- Set commercial direction and ensure execution against company targets
- Oversee sales planning, forecasting accuracy, resource allocation, and performance management
- Determine investments, coverage structure, and opportunity progression from engagement to close and expansion
- Partner with executive leadership on revenue plans considering product readiness, regulatory realities, and market demand
- Elevate execution quality in complex sales cycles, multi-stakeholder negotiations, and strategic account expansion
- Define and execute 12-24 month vision for global expansion and core metrics improvement
- Improve win rates, shorten sales cycles, increase average deal size
- Expand executive relationships across fintechs, platforms, and financial institutions
- Strengthen commercial leverage in negotiations, pricing, and partnerships
- Improve talent density through hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Create revenue visibility and organizational clarity
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, RevOps, Compliance, Legal, and Operations
- Shape renewal and expansion to drive customer LTV
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with substantial leadership in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure
- Deep familiarity with stablecoins, cross-border payments infrastructure, and card issuing ecosystems
- Track record owning significant annual revenue targets and delivering consistent growth
- Experience leading high-performing sales organizations through scale stages, building structure, accountability, and performance systems
- Experience in senior roles at large enterprises and startups/scale-ups
- Existing network in crypto, payments, and fintech
- Deep experience closing complex platform/infrastructure agreements with executive, product, legal, technical, and compliance stakeholders
- Strong commercial judgment in pricing, negotiation, and partnerships
- Proven in regulated environments and procurement processes
- Operational strength in forecasting, performance management, hiring, planning
- Executive presence with C-level buyers
- Clear communicator translating technical capabilities to business value
