Responsibilities
- Create novel interfaces for GenAI agents that manage complex workflows with human-in-the-loop inspectability and transparency
- Partner with product management, design, and engineering teams to build intuitive, scalable solutions driving user and business growth
- Lead hands-on full-stack software development for dynamic, user-centric experiences
- Enable product-led growth through seamless onboarding and sharing capabilities
- Direct intuitive agentic applications in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Establish best practices for building valuable AI products
Requirements
- 10+ years experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Product mindset: translate ambiguous problems into MVPs and iterate based on data/feedback
- Care about intuitive, trustworthy AI features
- High ownership and bias for action in 0-1 environments
- Strong collaboration across product, engineering, and design
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js/Ember)
- 10+ years server-side web technologies (Node.js, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, Go)
- Proven experience building/shipping end-to-end generative AI products with UI/UX
- Develop product/business knowledge connecting modeling to business value
