About the role
Responsibilities
Assist the Head of Workplace in defining SOKRs and ensuring all pillars and cross-functional partners are aligned with the team's roadmap
Lead cross-functional projects that don't fit neatly into one department; support M&A integrations
Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and design scalable processes to remove them
Design and lead operating cadences and governance forums to ensure speed, clarity, and accountability
Conduct deep-dive analyses on business metrics to provide the Workplace Leadership Team with actionable recommendations for growth and efficiency
Drive the Workplace AI and data strategy in partnership with IT Business Partner
Identify and implement innovative Workplace technologies and systems
Requirements
5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, corporate real estate strategy, or a data-driven operational role in a fast-growing environment
Strong quantitative skills with a track record of using data to drive complex business cases and macro-level decisions
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects from ambiguous conception to rigorous execution
Experience working directly within or alongside Workplace or Real Estate teams
