Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, negotiation, closing, and expansion.
- Build relationships with C-suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders and develop business cases for adopting transformational products.
- Identify and engage early customers as strategic design partners, reference accounts, and long-term platform customers.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving business leaders, operators, technical teams, procurement, and legal.
- Help refine positioning, pricing, packaging, target customer profiles, and go-to-market motions.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Strategy, and Deployment teams to translate customer feedback into product requirements and roadmap decisions.
- Develop creative approaches to opening opportunities before a mature sales playbook exists.
- Turn early wins into repeatable sales processes, messaging, materials, and playbooks.
- Attend industry conferences and customer meetings.
- Identify expansion opportunities across the platform.
- Help attract top-tier talent.
Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
- At least $1.2 million in annual quota for SaaS or net revenue in a quota-carrying role.
- Demonstrated success consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience managing complex, multi-threaded sales processes, including procurement.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to sell early, evolving, or category-creating products.
- Willingness to travel regularly for conferences and client visits.
- Willingness to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $135,000.
- On-target earnings: $385,000.
