Responsibilities
- Execute partner enablement programs in collaboration with the global Partner Enablement team.
- Deliver onboarding experiences that help new partners become productive members of the Datadog partner network quickly.
- Support partner training, certifications, workshops, webinars, and other enablement initiatives.
- Partner with PSMs to identify high-potential partners and develop activation strategies that accelerate engagement and business outcomes.
- Help define the ideal partner profile and activation criteria to improve partner recruitment, onboarding, and program participation.
- Adapt global enablement content, programs, and communications to the needs of partners and the Japanese market.
- Gather feedback from partners and internal stakeholders, identify enablement gaps, and propose improvements.
- Design, implement, and promote new partner enablement models through distributors.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, partner programs, channel operations, training, or a related function at a SaaS or technology company.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Experience developing and delivering onboarding, training, certification, and enablement programs.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience using data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and measure program effectiveness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese.
- Ability to travel approximately 20–30% annually.
