Responsibilities
- Lead a team of talented Audio Engineers.
- Create, refine, and iterate on custom voices for customers using different techniques.
- Clean, edit, and prepare customer audio to ensure optimal cloning and generation quality.
- Provide hands-on training and technical guidance on ElevenLabs tools and best practices.
- Join customer calls, support creative direction, and act as a fractional audio engineer for customer workflows.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related fields.
- Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency with digital audio workstations such as Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, or Ableton.
- Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance.
- Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice-design solutions.
