Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and execution for the In-Store Tasks product, focusing on shopper flows using computer vision technologies to build in-store inventory intelligence
- Develop new capabilities and improve existing products to enable high-quality, high-efficiency data collection that scales to thousands of stores
- Own data collection experiences: how shoppers receive and action tasks in-store, efficiently collect data for inventory and store maps, and monitor/optimize as scale increases
- Build deep understanding of shopper workflows and operational pain points to design tools that improve scanning accuracy, speed, and shopper satisfaction
- Work closely with retail partners to ensure tooling integrates naturally into their in-store environments
- Partner with enterprise sales and retailer success teams to support partner onboarding, drive feature adoption, and contribute to shopper, customer, and retailer NPS/retention
- Define platform solutions that scale across retailer sizes and store formats
- Represent the in-store task roadmap with internal stakeholders and external partners
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally within operationally complex physical environments
- Experience building products end-to-end from early concept through scaled delivery
- Highly data-literate with analytical rigor to prioritize and make sound tradeoffs
- Strong communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Deep understanding of shopper and retailer experience with accountability to customer and commercial outcomes
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable moving fast in evolving environments while maintaining high standards
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in operationally complex physical retail or logistics environments
- Familiarity with computer vision technologies and in-store data collection systems
