Lead Product Manager

Responsibilities

  • Drive high-impact product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and problem definition through launch, adoption, and iteration across multiple product areas and teams.
  • Shape product strategy and roadmap with product leadership, translating company goals into sequenced product bets.
  • Engage enterprise buyers, end users, and prospects to uncover needs and validate problem-solution fit.
  • Partner with engineering and design on requirements, technical tradeoffs, and prioritization, including LLMs, agents, platform architecture, and data.
  • Align go-to-market, sales, marketing, customer success, and executive stakeholders around strategy and tradeoffs.
  • Define success metrics, evaluate impact using quantitative and qualitative signals, and communicate outcomes to leadership.
  • Mentor and coach product managers and raise product management standards across the organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience owning and shipping complex, high-impact products, ideally in SaaS, platform, infrastructure, or AI/ML environments.
  • Senior- or staff-level experience operating autonomously across ambiguous, multi-team problem spaces.
  • Strong customer discovery and synthesis skills.
  • Technical credibility in system design, LLM capabilities, data, and architecture.
  • Strong strategic thinking, execution, communication, stakeholder influence, and data-informed decision-making.

Nice to have

  • Experience building products powered by LLMs, generative AI, or large-scale AI/ML systems.
  • Background in enterprise software, developer platforms, or developer-facing products.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, guardrails, and operational considerations for deploying AI in regulated or high-stakes environments.

Compensation and benefits

  • Annual compensation range: $183,000–$275,000.
