What You'll Do
Own high-impact processes: Take full ownership of key verticals or client workflows - from discovery to deployment - ensuring repeatability and measurable impact
Design and automate workflows: Use SQL, APIs, scripts, and emerging tools (including LLMs) to automate manual claim-related workflows and improve scalability
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to influence roadmap priorities and scale successful solutions
Analyze and optimize: Build dashboards and reporting pipelines to monitor productivity, quality, and financial outcomes; identify bottlenecks and automate fixes
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or data-heavy roles at a tech company or fast-paced startup
Strong SQL fluency - comfortable querying, analyzing, and structuring data to drive insights and automation
Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking skills; able to diagnose root causes and design scalable solutions
Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, working autonomously in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Bonus: Experience in healthcare operations, claims, or billing systems
Bonus: Experience building or integrating workflows via APIs, Python, or web automation tools (Zapier, Retool, custom scripts, etc.)
