Responsibilities
- Support the Global Payroll Enablement operating rhythm by preparing materials, updating trackers, documenting outcomes, following up with owners, and maintaining recurring workflows.
- Prepare recurring reports and team updates by gathering inputs, identifying follow-ups, and translating data or process changes into clear next steps.
- Draft and publish internal newsletters, process updates, launch notes, reminders, and team summaries.
- Maintain SOP and documentation hygiene by refreshing procedures, standardizing formats, checking links, removing stale materials, and keeping documentation current.
- Build and improve training materials, learning paths, onboarding resources, knowledge-base articles, and internal process guides.
- Support onboarding and ramp programs, including training paths, buddy-program resources, and new-hire readiness content.
- Coordinate training and enablement sessions, capture feedback, and improve materials based on team needs.
- Track owners, timelines, next steps, status updates, operational outputs, gaps, and blockers across enablement initiatives.
- Support AI and automation readiness by maintaining accurate source content, identifying knowledge gaps, testing outputs, and supporting adoption of AI-enabled workflows.
- Partner with Payroll Operations, CX, Product, Engineering, and other teams to gather context, prepare materials, document decisions, and drive action items to completion.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in business operations, project management, management consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, project coordination, written communication, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and navigate ambiguity in a fast-growth environment.

- Experience in global payroll, FinTech, or international launches.
- Experience creating enablement, onboarding, training, or process documentation.
Compensation
- CAD 75,000–90,000 annual salary.
