Responsibilities
- Consult for engineers on layout, typography, flows, etc.
- Dig into problems via GTM consultation, customer talks, data requests.
- Use Figma to create visual artifacts for alignment.
- Write specification docs for design proposals.
- Own larger product features (Jobs-To-Be-Done, navigation, IA, layout, interaction).
- Build usability backlog from customer feedback using heuristics.
- Refine and consolidate the design system.
Requirements
- 4+ years product design experience in desktop SaaS.
- Think from first principles, not standard UX processes.
- Break down complex problems with targeted questions.
- Solve usability issues via intuition, not just data/research.
- Curious, resourceful for creative solutions.
- Strong skills in layout, navigation, IA, UI, interaction design.
- Strong visual design with obsession for craft & details.
