Responsibilities
- Implement features in a large and mature React application used by the Trust & Safety team
- Collaborate with the product team to execute on moderation tooling for the application
- Gather feedback from moderators to drive improvements to their toolkit
Requirements
- Strong fundamental programming and software engineering skills
- Extensive experience with Typescript (e.g. 5+ years)
- Built React applications with relatively large codebases in production
- Strong sense of UI/UX excellence
- Experience working on the full stack of applications (frontend and backend)
- Strong intuitive understanding of social media
- Like working on small, fast-moving teams
- Interested in helping shape the future of social networking
Compensation
- Anticipated base salary range: $141,000 - $192,000, excluding equity
- Equity considered in total compensation package
