Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for business-critical workflows, including LLM orchestration and tool integrations.
- Implement agentic behaviors with LangChain or LangGraph, including ReAct reasoning and action loops.
- Build a high-performance React application and reusable, scalable UI components for agent interfaces.
- Integrate APIs and backend services, and build tools for agents.
- Use Python or Node.js middleware to orchestrate agent calls and data flow.
- Implement observability, logging, and tracing for agent runs and system performance.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Participate in architecture and solution-design discussions.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and documented code.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong expertise in Python and React.js.
- At least one production-deployed AI agent or LLM application.
- Expertise in LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and tool/plugin integration.
- Experience with LangChain or LangGraph and ReAct patterns.
- Experience with observability, logging, and tracing for AI agents.
- Experience building large-scale, enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong API integration experience with REST or GraphQL.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving and system-design skills, with effective cross-functional communication and collaboration.
Nice-to-haves
- Node.js or Python middleware development.
- Salesforce APIs, including REST, Apex, and RLM/CPQ.
- Event-driven architectures, webhooks, change data capture, and asynchronous processing.
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Databricks Platform and Mosaic AI.
