Responsibilities
- Understand customers’ AI strategies and business-critical challenges; translate requirements into Celonis Process Intelligence solutions.
- Build, code, and prototype solutions using the Celonis platform and AI technologies during customer hackathons.
- Support agentic process transformation and help customers achieve measurable ROI from AI deployments.
- Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects aligned with customer AI strategies.
- Develop expertise in selected business domains or industries and share best practices across the organization.
- Present and quantify strategic business value to senior executives.
- Remain involved through project adoption and agreed value-realization thresholds.
- Create reusable collateral, models, best practices, and tools for the Value Engineering Center of Excellence.
- Travel to meet customers in the Nordics region.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics or Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- Excellent academic performance.
- Extensive internship experience or 1–2 years of full-time work experience, ideally combining business and technology.
- Understanding of generative AI techniques, including RAG, few-shot learning, prompt or context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
- Good knowledge of Python, common ML libraries, and data engineering tools and technologies.
- Excellent analytical, creative problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Customer-centric mindset and foundational business acumen.
- Strong organization, prioritization, self-motivation, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language, such as Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish.
Nice-to-haves
- Combined technical and business education.
- Customer-facing, customer success, service, or sales experience.
- Experience with technical Proof-of-Concept projects.
- Experience building agentic systems with LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other open-source LLM packages.
- Supply Chain experience, including procurement, order management, inventory management, or production.
- Experience modeling ROI and TCO for business cases.
- Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
