Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines for complex, hard-to-fill positions using sources such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, sourcing campaigns, Google X-Ray searches, and previous event attendee lists.
- Amplify and champion job openings internally and work with employees to identify talent in their networks.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans, tracking progress throughout searches and sharing updates with stakeholders.
- Research creative ways to find talent, including diverse talent, that may otherwise remain off the radar.
- Map the talent market, monitoring talent flow, market attrition, and the companies employing target talent.
- Specialize in event and project management, messaging analysis, creative prospecting, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiter or sourcer at a search firm or in-house recruiting team, preferably in high-volume recruiting.
- Strong communication skills, urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on multiple roles.
- Passion for sourcing and engaging candidates.
- Proven ability to engage talent through sourcing tools and convert passive prospects into candidates.
- Creative, innovative, intellectually curious, and results-driven.
