Responsibilities
- Partner with business and engineering leaders to expand the company’s presence in Japan.
- Independently manage full-lifecycle recruiting for sales, engineering, and general administration roles.
- Collaborate with senior managers in the United States on hiring decisions.
- Travel to Sunnyvale headquarters for initial onboarding.
- Support recruiting for engineering roles, which represent approximately 70% of hiring.
