Responsibilities
- Manage complex services engagements and transition customers from purchasing hours to achieving defined business impact and value.
- Act as a consultative challenger by evaluating customer requests, proposing strategic trade-offs, and protecting project health and customer success.
- Lead deep technical discovery before signature and implement formal, auditable change-management processes for scope modifications.
- Own bookings forecasts and financial milestones in Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring commercial data integrity and practice margin health.
- Translate complex business challenges into milestone-driven roadmaps aligned with customer use cases and specific business outcomes.
- Build alignment with senior internal and external stakeholders through cross-functional networking and a unified customer-facing approach.
Requirements
- Typically 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a master's degree.
- 8–12 years of field sales or services delivery experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, or cloud fields.
- Expert-level capability in technical discovery, scoping, and leading deep discovery before signature.
- Good judgment in selecting methods and techniques to solve problems in complex environments.
