Requirements
6-14 years of experience in an executive support role.
Supported multiple leaders with complex and highly cross-functional teams.
Worked directly with customer facing teams (Sales or Marketing) in a high-growth startup, or similar environment.
Managed and optimized extremely busy calendars.
Extreme attention to detail - mastery of project-based tools; tracking near-/long-term deliverables.
Exceptional communication skills - being able to tailor a message appropriate to a specific audience.
Professionalism and discretion - you understand the balance between transparency and confidentiality.
Independent task level operator.
One-team mindset - Partnership and collaboration is a cornerstone in how you operate.
Extremely fluent in Slack, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and other modern productivity software, and are excited to learn and use new tools.
