Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted technical and strategic advisor for enterprise customers implementing Rippling’s global employee management platform.
- Lead enterprise-scale implementations end-to-end, owning timelines, executive steering committees, scope changes, and adoption across complex organizational structures.
- Facilitate monthly steering committee sessions with C-level stakeholders.
- Conduct discovery and scoping sessions, map business processes, identify integration requirements, and translate complex needs into implementation strategies.
- Align IT, Finance, HR, Payroll, and Operations stakeholders while navigating competing priorities and securing buy-in.
- Manage timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and multiple concurrent enterprise deployments.
- Advise customers on HR, Payroll, and Accounting best practices, transformation, and change management.
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Sales, and R&D to resolve enterprise blockers and provide product feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing enterprise implementations in HR, Payroll, Accounting, or adjacent platforms.
- Experience leading six-figure-plus deployments with executive stakeholder management and steering committee experience.
- Expert project management skills, including complex timelines, budgets, resource constraints, and concurrent projects.
- Business-level fluency in French.
- Experience conducting discovery, scoping, and requirements-gathering sessions with C-suite stakeholders and department heads.
- Ability to align competing priorities across five or more internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong change management mindset.
- Strong problem-solving, autonomous decision-making, strategic thinking, and escalation skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with HR platforms, Payroll platforms, or complex SaaS transformations.
- Background in Enterprise Account Management or Solutions Consulting.
- Proficiency in JIRA, SFDC, G Suite, and enterprise project management tools.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid office model: three days per week in the Dublin office.
