Senior Product Manager - Workflow Core
Own and improve HighLevel’s workflow automation product, focusing on activation, usability, execution reliability, retention, and adoption. The role requires 8+ years of product management experience, strong SaaS and analytics skills, and the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Own key parts of the Workflows product experience across activation, builder usability, execution reliability, and long-term engagement.
- Identify and close workflow funnel gaps from creation through execution to improve activation and adoption.
- Accelerate time to value by making it faster and easier for users to launch their first meaningful automation.
- Improve retention and engagement by making workflows a sticky, high-usage product.
- Simplify complex concepts, refine the user interface, and reduce friction in critical paths.
- Improve templates, hotlinks, and suggested workflows to bridge user intent and execution.
- Analyze support tickets and user feedback to identify and resolve common sources of confusion or setup failure.
- Optimize existing workflows to ensure they are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with customer needs.
- Track, prioritize, and manage workflow feature requests and ensure timely execution of updates.
- Collaborate with CRM, Reporting, Payments, AI, and Integrations product teams on cross-functional improvements.
- Track performance metrics to identify usability bottlenecks, activation and adoption trends, and optimization opportunities.
- Stay current on trends in automation, integrations, and no-code/low-code platforms.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in SaaS or automation platforms.
- Proven track record of shipping complex, user-facing features in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience owning large-scale, customer-facing product platforms.
- Experience with workflow automation tools or CRM platforms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of workflow builders, automations, and no-code or low-code platforms.
- Understanding of product funnels, including activation, retention, and reducing time to value.
- Ability to identify UX friction and translate feedback and support data into product decisions.
- Experience with cross-team platform work involving triggers, actions, and integrations.
- Experience working with engineering on large-scale frontend and backend architecture, especially builder-like interfaces.
- Experience running feature discovery and validation loops with beta users.
- Ability to partner closely with design to simplify complex systems and reduce cognitive load.
- Ability to write clear, structured PRDs and communicate roadmap trade-offs to stakeholders.
- Experience analyzing data with tools such as Superset, Pendo, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical, leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, and product lifecycle skills.
- Passion for intuitive and scalable workflow automation solutions.
