About the role

What You'll Do

  • Self-prospect to build strong sales pipeline of new logos, exceed quarterly/annual targets, partner with Marketing, SDR, and Partner teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, Sales Engineers) for sales effectiveness
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of customer needs in STT, TTS, Voice Agent space, competition, and Deepgram products
  • Establish/maintain stakeholder relationships, drive upsell with CSMs, manage existing accounts

  • Proven experience in technical full-cycle sales
  • Experience managing complex Enterprise/Strategic partner deal cycles and expansions
  • Pipeline building and account closing experience
  • Consistent sales target overachievement
  • Strong written/verbal communication
  • Customer empathy
  • High organization and follow-up skills
  • Repeatable sales process

It Would Be Great If You Had

  • Familiarity with Challenger or Triangle sales methodology
  • Experience selling to technical audiences in similar space
