Responsibilities
- Deploy software and AI into high-stakes operations for leading institutions.
- Own projects end-to-end, from initial customer conversations through production delivery.
- Embed with customers to understand operational challenges and build solutions tailored to their needs.
- Collaborate with engineers on architecture and design decisions.
- Work with data at scale and develop solutions when conventional assumptions break down.
- Build custom applications, LLM workflows, and production solutions for specific customer environments.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, from operational users to executive decision-makers.
- Travel approximately 25–50%, depending on the team and location.
Requirements
- Engineering degree, preferably in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Security clearance or the ability to obtain security clearance.
- Graduation in 2027 or earlier.
- Ability to learn continuously, make decisions with incomplete information, and work autonomously.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in ambiguous, changing environments.
- Updated resume/CV in PDF format.
- Thoughtful responses to application questions.

- Experience with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, or front-end frameworks.
- Experience building customer-specific software or AI solutions.
